Ability to limit Dashboards to only specific labels

Users can now filter to specific labels in dashboards allowing you to see only the labels you want in the widget. This can be achieved by choosing label in the "Group By" of a time series widget and then filtering by "Contains any of" the specific labels you want to see in the widget.
