Additional Functionality for Editing Campaign Budgets in Bulk

As of today, you can adjust the campaign budget using the following actions:
Set budget to ($) - use this to set all selected campaign budgets to a specific value (e.g. set to $50)
Increase budget by ($) - use this to increase all selected budgets by a dollar amount (e.g. increase by $3.00)
Decrease budget by ($) - use this to decrease all selected budgets by a dollar amount (e.g. decrease by $3.00)
Increase budget by (%) - use this to increase all selected budgets by a percentage (e.g. increase by 15%)
Decrease budget by (%) - use this to increase all selected budgets by a percentage (e.g. decrease by 15%)
Get started by selecting one or more campaign checkboxes in the Campaigns Table of the Campaigns page.
