"Bottom N" Filter Available for Dashboards

Dashboards have had the ability for users to filter by "Top N" resources according to selected metrics. But for metrics like ACOS where lower numbers indicate better performance, a "Top N" filter wasn't as applicable. Now, users have the ability to choose the "direction" of the sort order (i.e., "Top" or "Bottom").
