"Brands" is now "Advertising Accounts"

We have updated the "Brands" section of the Downstream application to be "Advertising Accounts". This change affects the main navigation entry, and also the filter across the application, including Dashboard widgets.
Metric titles that include the word "brand" in it (e.g. New to Brand Orders) and some Shelf Intelligence metadata (e.g. Product Brand) will all remain unaffected by this change.
