Filtering available in new places

Downstream users can now filter resources in three new locations:
1) Automation Recommendations tab under the Campaigns summary page. Filtering here will allow users to see recommendations based on specific campaigns, or by Region, Country, Brand, Portfolio, and Label.
2) Recommended Keywords and Recommended Negative Keywords tabs under the Keywords summary page. Filtering here will allow users to search by specific text, or filter by Region, Country, Brand, Portfolio, and Label.
3) Keywords tab under an individual Campaign resource page. Filtering here will allow users to search keywords by text, filter by Match Type, Keyword State, and Metric.
