New Features from Downstream

New-to-Brand metrics now available

New-to-Brand (NTB) metrics are now available for Sponsored Brand campaigns in Downstream. Users can add NTB metrics from the "cog" of the table on the campaign summary page. NTB metrics can also be added to any widget in Dashboards with an advertising data source. New to Brand metrics represent first-time orders for products within the brand over a one-year lookback window.

There are no NTB metrics associated with Sponsored Product and Sponsored Display campaigns.
