Rulebook Auto-runs

With this release, users can now choose to automatically run and execute rulebooks changes. Previously, all rulebook changes had to be manually reviewed via dry-run CSV exports. Now, users can set the frequency a rulebook runs. Options include: Daily, every N days, every N weeks, and specific days of the week.
To use automatic rulebooks, simply set the rulebook settings to "Auto-Run" and select the time intervals (e.g. Daily, Every Monday and Friday, etc.).
We recommend run a rulebook on Manual a few times first to ensure that the rule is set up to your liking and then switch over to automatic when you are comfortable with your rules.
