New Features from Downstream

Ability to Add/Remove Labels from Archived Campaigns

Released on 12/03/2019

Labels are a Downstream construct that allow users to better categorize their Amazon Advertising data. Labels can be applied to the following resources in Downstream:

  • Brands

  • Campaigns

  • Products

  • Shelf Intelligence Keywords

A popular use case is creating more relevant dashboards using labels to segment tables and visualizations into groups that make logical sense for the business (e.g., historical sales for fabric softener vs. detergents). In some cases, accurate historical reporting requires labels to be applied to older campaigns which have since been archived. Today, we're excited to announce that labels can be applied to archived campaigns in bulk.

To get started, click on the Campaigns button in the left navigation. The bulk editing controls are exposed after several archived campaigns are selected. From here, users can bulk add labels, bulk remove labels, or bulk replace labels.
